⚓ Important Notes
- Use of berthing and harbour facilities is conditional upon full compliance with the Harbour Rules and Regulations. 
- Submission of an application form (including a vessel photo) does not guarantee berth allocation
- A valid insurance document (minimum £5 million) must be provided before a berth is used
- The name on the insurance certificate must match the name on the application form
- For registered fishing vessels, the name on the application form must match the Certificate of Registry
- Sandhaven & Pitullie Harbour Trust Ltd must be notified within 14 days of any change of ownership — berths are not automatically transferrable.
