Minutes
As a Limited Company the directors shall ensure that minutes are made of all proceedings at general meetings, directors' meetings and meetings of committees: a minute of any meeting shall include the names of those present, and (as far as possible) shall be signed by the chairperson of the meeting.

Should anyone wish to request any minutes, please apply in writing to the Trust.

As a Limited Company no member shall (unless he/she is a director) have any right of inspecting any accounting or other records, or any document of the company, except as conferred by statute or authorised by ordinary resolution of the company.
